The founding list is open
Boarding, daycare, training, grooming, and a quiet room just for cats. We open in 2027. The first ten families on our list lock their boarding rate for life. Forty more lock theirs for one to three years, and all fifty get their first night free. It costs nothing to be on it, and we'll send you photos while the place goes up.

acres, with trees on every side
private dog suites, and a quiet room just for cats
years Rachel and Christian spent in professional show handling
We would rather do a few things properly than everything adequately. All of it built around one idea — your dog should come home calmer than they left.
Every dog gets their own suite, a real bed up off the floor, and a covered run outside that belongs to that suite alone — so going out doesn't mean waiting on anybody. Three trips out a day on top of that. Group play if they like other dogs, one-on-one if they don't. You tell us which, and we listen.
Three weeks or six, five suites, one trainer — so your dog isn't waiting in line behind eight others. The work follows a curriculum Rachel and Christian built over twenty-five years in the ring, and Christian looks over every program before anyone calls it finished.
Priced by coat and weight so nobody's guessing and you're not surprised at pickup. We hand-strip too — terriers, schnauzers, wire coats done by hand the way they're meant to be. Almost nowhere around here still does that.
A day out with other dogs, for the ones who enjoy that. Groups matched by size and play style rather than whoever happened to turn up, and a quiet place to sleep it off in the middle. Half days and full days. This one is social, not instructional — if you want the day spent working, that's Day School.
Drop off in the morning, pick up at night. Three one-on-one sessions with a trainer in between, and a written note and video of what your dog actually did that day. This isn't daycare with a few commands thrown in.
Cats board here too, in their own space well away from the dogs — separate room, separate air, no barking through a wall. We're still working out exactly what the cat side looks like, and we'd rather tell you that than promise you something we haven't built yet. Cats from the same house can stay together. If you have one, get on the list and tell us what they need — we're deciding now, and we want to hear your thoughts.

Your founding perks switch on with your first booking, and your locked rate holds for as long as you stay an active client, which means at least one booking a year. The free night applies to a booking of two nights or more. Training is never discounted — founding members get first call on program dates instead. Joining the list costs nothing, and we'll confirm your spot with you before we open. Terms apply; we'll put the full version in front of you before you commit to anything.
Tell us a little about your dog — or your cat. We'll reach out when we're close, and the list gets first pick of the founding spots.
Sometime in 2027. We're not going to name a month, because the building permit isn't approved yet and anybody giving you a date right now is guessing. You'll hear it from us before anyone else, and you'll get photos along the way.
3901 Best Trail, Haw River. Ten minutes from Burlington, Graham and Mebane. Twenty-five from Chapel Hill, thirty from Durham or Greensboro — we're right off the I-40 and I-85 corridor.
Nothing. No card, no deposit, nothing to cancel. We're not taking anybody's money before we have a building to put their dog in.
Join the list. Spots go in the order people sign up — the first ten, the next twenty, the last twenty — and we'll confirm your number with you by email before we open. Nothing is charged to hold it, and your perks start the first time you book.
No — and thank you for telling us. Every dog has a private suite, and one-on-one turnout is always on the table. Group play is a choice here, never the default. Put it on the form and we'll plan around it.
We do. Cats get their own room, well away from the dogs. We're still building that side out, so we're not going to list features we haven't finished — what we can tell you is that it's separate, it's quiet, and cats from the same household can stay together. Get on the list and tell us about yours; what cat owners ask us for now is going to shape how we finish the room.
Rachel Corbin and Christian Manelopolous, professional show handlers for twenty-five years, now building this instead. Christian reviews every training program, and a general manager runs the day to day and answers the phone.
